Speaking of coffee, Coolum Beach boasts a variety of cafes and restaurants running along David Low Way. If you visit this cafe strip on a Saturday morning you can feel the holiday spirit while being entertained by buskers and other interesting distractions.
But maybe you’re into something a bit more action packed? Coolum has just the thing for you! The local family run skydiving club will keep your adrenalin pumping and leave you with memories you won’t forget. Or perhaps you’d like to take a surfing lesson, or hire a range of surfing gear and try your luck on the surf beach that is patrolled all year long?
Coolum Beach has a great night life too. The local surf club has regular entertainment while the Bowls Club offers affordable fun for the whole family. If you’re there at the right time, you might also catch one of the many regular events that the town enjoys throughout the year.
Imagine yourself watching the sunset while meandering along one of the best beachside boardwalks on the Sunshine Coast! From Coolum Beach you can follow the coastline for many kilometres. You might even spot some whales too, as Coolum is one of the best spots on the Sunshine Coast to see them. Such a nice way to end the day.
